Oranj provides several support options to advisers when they have questions about Oranj or experience a technical issue.
The question mark in the lower right hand corner offers two support options: Live chat with an online customer support representative and a link to this Knowledge Base aka Help Center.
The chat field will first offer to let you know speak one on one with a customer service representative.
If no one is online to assist you, your issue will automatically be sent into Oranj's customer service ticketing system and a representative will reach out with questions or next steps as soon as possible.

You can also use the articles to find information on a wide array of topics regarding Oranj. Not only does this Knowledge Base allow you to learn how to use Oranj on your own, it also provides you step on how to connect your custodians to Oranj, add and invite clients, prospects, and advisers, how to personalize your Oranj account, etc.
