Creating Client Notes

 You can use Notes to help keep track of all relevant information regarding your contacts. Anyone who views this contact within Oranj will see these notes, making it easy for everyone to be informed and up to date on pertinent information. 

Navigate to the Notes functionality by clicking an individual contact within the Contact tab. Type into the Notes box, then click Post when you are finished. 



Once you click Post, your note will appear within the Activity Feed in chronological order. Additionally, you can add notes when you are on other tabs within the Contact Record, and they will populate into the Activity Feed.  

You can delete the note by clicking the 3 dots located on the right.
